About MPCC
The Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Coalition (MPCC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2001. For more than two decades, MPCC has been dedicated to raising awareness, promoting education, supporting advocacy, and advancing efforts to reduce the impact of prostate cancer.
Today, MPCC connects thousands of individuals across New England and beyond through its annual symposium, educational podcasts, newsletters, recognition awards, community outreach, and other programs that inform, inspire, and empower patients, families, healthcare professionals, and advocates.
In 2026, MPCC proudly celebrates the vision and legacy of its founders. Throughout this special anniversary year, the we will honor the achievements of the past while looking ahead to the future of prostate cancer awareness, collaboration, and education, Members, supporters, partners, and friends are invited to join in this year-long celebration as MPCC recognizes its enduring impact and continues its mission of improving lives through knowledge, collaboration, and hope.
MPCC is a member of the American Cancer Society’s National Prostate Cancer Roundtable.
Vision
To be the leader in disseminating information to the general public on prostate cancer prevention, screening, diagnosis, and treatment, specifically focusing on individuals at-risk and their caregivers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and greater New England.
Mission
The Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Coalition (MPCC) educates, connects, and supports men-at risk, diagnosed individuals, and their caregivers to improve knowledge, reduce prostate cancer healthcare disparities, and improve access to care. MPCC also works on an institutional level by partnering with organizations and professionals who share our vision.
